15 Minute Fried Rice recipe |

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil3 eggs, beaten2 cups water1 (16 ounce) package frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed1/4 cup soy sauce1 cube chicken bouillon2 cups MINUTE White Rice , uncooked
Instructions:
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.Add eggs; cook until set, stirring occasionally.Remove from skillet.Add water, vegetables, soy sauce and bouillon to skillet; bring to a boil.Stir in rice; cover.Remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Stir in eggs.Serve immediately.
