A Berry Purple Smoothie recipe |

Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained1 (16.5 ounce) can blueberries or blackberries in light syrup, drained1 1/2 cups ice cubes1 (6 ounce) container lemon or other fruit-flavored low-fat yogurt
Instructions:
In blender container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
