Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter1 cup all-purpose flour1 egg1 cup white sugar1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 cup apples - peeled, cored and finely diced1 cup chopped walnuts1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 8 x 8 inch pan.In small sauce pan, melt butter or margarine over low heat.Pour into mixing bowl and combine with other ingredients, mixing well.Pour batter into pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
