Ingredients:
4 cups thinly sliced apples1 cup white sugar2 tablespoons all-purpose flour1 teaspoon ground nutmeg2 teaspoons ground cinnamon4 tablespoons butter2 cups half-and-half1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Instructions:
Place apples in pie shell. Mix together sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over apples in shell.Melt the butter or margarine and stir into cream. Pour liquids over apples.Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 35 minutes.
