Ingredients:
1 large ripe avocado, peeled and diced1 (8 ounce) container sour cream1 (1 ounce) package French onion soup mix2 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon curry powderJuice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Place avocado, sour cream, onion soup mix, garlic, curry powder, and lemon juice into blender container.Blend on high speed until smooth.Pour into glass jar and chill.
