Baked Eggs recipe


    6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly in the bottom of the pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture on top of cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until firm.
  • Let cool slightly before cutting into squares to serve.
