Baked Ham, Swiss, & Red Onion Melt recipe |

Ingredients:
2 slices EARTH GRAINS® Extra Fiber 100% Multi-Grains bread2 ounces honey cured or smoked ham, sliced1/8 red onion, thinly sliced4 slices Swiss cheeseSweet mustard
Instructions:
Pre-heat broiler.Toast the bread slices and spread sweet mustard on each half.Top each slice with 2 ounces ham, 1 slice red onion, and 2 slices of cheese, in that order.Place halves on cookie sheet and put under the broiler until cheese is melted (about 4-5 minutes).Serve immediately.
