Baked Pineapple Casserole recipe |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine1 cup white sugar4 eggs1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional)1 pinch ground nutmeg (optional)5 slices white bread, torn1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Grease a medium-sized casserole dish.In a mixing bowl, cream together margarine with sugar.Beat in eggs one at a time.Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg.Stir bread and crushed pineapple into the mixture.Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.Bake 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
