Ingredients:
1/3 cup white vinegar1/4 cup minced shallots2 teaspoons dried tarragon4 egg yolks, beaten1/2 cup butter
Instructions:
In a microwave safe dish combine vinegar, shallots and tarragon. Microwave on high until boiling. Allow to cool.Stir in egg yolks and butter. Microwave until thickened, about 1 minute.
