Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter1 1/2 pounds sirloin tip, cut into thin slices1 onion, chopped1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
Instructions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and the onions; cook until the meat is browned and the onion tender.Stir in sour cream, and heat through. Do not boil.
