Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup white sugar2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt3 tablespoons butter, melted2/3 cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 egg, beaten2 cups raspberries
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in butter, milk, vanilla and egg until smooth. Fold in raspberries. Pour into prepared pan.Bake in preheated oven 35 to 40 minutes, until top is firm.
