Blender Chocolate Mousse recipe


    8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup hot milk (160 degrees F/71 degrees C)
  • 3 tablespoons brandy

    Instructions:

  • In an electric blender container, combine chocolate chips, sugar and eggs.
  • Blend.
  • Add hot milk and brandy.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 8 demitasse cups or other small serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
