BOCA® Bolognese Pasta Sauce recipe
    4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 (1 cup) pouches frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms or zucchini (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

    Instructions:

  • COOK and stir ground burger and garlic in oil in large saucepan on medium heat 4 to 5 minutes.
  • ADD remaining ingredients.
  • Heat and stir 10 minutes or until heated through.
  • SERVE over your favorite cooked pasta.
