Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil1 large red potato, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces2 frozen BOCA Meatless Breakfast Patties, cut into 1/2-inch pieces2 mushrooms, chopped1 tablespoon chopped onion1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
HEAT oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat.Add potato; cover.Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and mixture is heated through.SERVE with ketchup.
