BOCA® Salsa Fresca Burgers recipe
    4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped yellow or green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste (optional)
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen BOCA Meatless Cheeseburgers
  • 4 hamburger buns, split

    Instructions:

  • MIX all ingredients except burgers and buns; cover.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • COOK burgers as directed on package.
  • Serve in buns topped with tomato mixture.
