BOCA® Sausage, Barley and Bean Soup recipe |

Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen BOCA Meatless Smoked Sausage4 cups water1 (15.5 ounce) can great Northern beans, drained, rinsed1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes1 medium onion, chopped2 stalks celery, sliced2 medium carrots, sliced1/2 cup quick-cooking barley2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon dried basil leavesHot pepper sauce (optional)
Instructions:
CUT sausage into 1/4-inch-thick slices.PLACE sausage and all remaining ingredients except hot pepper sauce in Dutch oven or large saucepan.Bring to boil; cover.REDUCE heat to medium-low; simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Season to taste with hot pepper sauce.
