BOCA® Sloppy Joes recipe
    2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 (1 cup) pouch frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 2 hamburger buns, split

    Instructions:

  • COOK and stir onion in oil in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 minutes or until tenderADD ground burger, barbecue sauce and relish; mix well.
  • Cook 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • SERVE on buns.
