Braunschweiger and Nut Ball recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound braunschweiger liver sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound chopped walnuts

    Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the braunschweiger, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/3 of the walnuts by hand.
  • Form into a ball, and refrigerate 30 minutes, or until firm.
  • Roll in the remaining walnuts to coat.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
