Cantaloupe Berry Smoothie recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar

    Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine cantaloupe chunks, yogurt, raspberries and sugar.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
