Ingredients:
1 large carrot, grated1 large onion, finely chopped2 cups dry bread crumbs3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley3 teaspoons fresh thyme1 cup butter
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine carrot, onion, bread crumbs, parsley and thyme; mix well.In a large saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Reduce heat and stir in carrot mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion and carrot are tender and mixture is heated through, about 15 minutes.
