4 carrots, shredded1 apple - peeled, cored and shredded1 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoons honey1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the carrots, apple, lemon juice, honey, almonds, salt and pepper.Toss and chill before serving.
