Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups non-fat cottage cheese2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese2 eggs, beaten1 onion, chopped1/2 cup soft bread crumbs1/3 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a medium bowl combine cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, eggs, onion, bread crumbs and spinach. Transfer to an 8x8 inch baking dish.Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
