Cheesy Brat Stew for the Slow Cooker recipe |

Ingredients:
6 bratwurst links, browned and cut into 1/2 inch slices4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed1 tablespoon dried minced onion1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup2/3 cup water
Instructions:
Place the bratwurst, potatoes, minced onion, green beans, red pepper, Cheddar cheese, mushroom soup and water into a slow cooker.Cover, and cook on medium for 3 hours, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
