Cherry Chambord Butter recipe |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened2 tablespoons Chambord (raspberry liqueur)1/3 cup confectioners' sugar1 grated zest of one orange1 cup cherry preserves
Instructions:
In a food processor with a steel blade, blend the butter, cream cheese, Chambord and confectioners' sugar.Stir in, by hand, the orange zest and cherry preserves. Chill and store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
