Chicken Salad Balsamic recipe |

Ingredients:
3 cups diced cold, cooked chicken1 cup diced apple1/2 cup diced celery2 green onions, chopped1/2 cup chopped walnuts3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar5 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, apple, celery, onion and walnuts.In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and oil and pour over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Let rest 10 to 15 minutes, mix again and chill.
