Chicken Salad Balsamic Sandwich recipe |

Ingredients:
3 cups diced cold, cooked chicken1 cup diced apple1/2 cup diced celery2 green onions, chopped1/4 cup chopped walnuts3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar5 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper to taste6 red leaf lettuce leaves12 slices SARA LEE® 100% Whole Wheat with Honey Bread
Instructions:
In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, apple, celery, onion, and walnuts.In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and oil and pour over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let rest 10 to 15 minutes, mix again and chill.Spoon generous amounts of chicken salad onto 6 slices of bread, top with lettuce and remaining slices of bread.
