Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained1/2 onion, chopped1/2 cucumber, sliced1 small tomato, chopped1/2 cup red wine vinegar1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
In a medium bowl combine chickpeas, onion, cucumber, tomato, red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and serve.
