Ingredients:
1 (5 pound) pork leg, cut into bite size pieces4 ounces dried wood ear mushrooms5 tablespoons soy sauce10 cloves minced garlic4 cups water
Instructions:
Wash garlic and leave skin intact; wash and soak all of the mushrooms until soft.Put the pork, mushrooms, soy sauce and garlic in a large pot.Add water, put heat on low, and let simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
