Chocolate-Cran-Oat Cookies recipe |

Ingredients:
1 cup butter1 cup packed brown sugar2 eggs2 cups rolled oats2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups dried cranberries1/2 cup white chocolate chips1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.Beat in the eggs one at a time.Combine the rolled oats, flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.Finally, stir in the cranberries, white chocolate chips and chocolate chips.Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
