Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Porridge recipe


    2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine water, oats and salt.
  • Simmer 5 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat, cover, and let stand 3 minutes.
  • Stir in brown sugar, banana and chocolate chips.
