Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, softened2 eggs3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder1 1/2 cups white sugar2/3 cup evaporated milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Instructions:
Blend together butter or margarine, eggs, cocoa, sugar, milk, and vanilla with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until set. Let cool before slicing.
