Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk1/4 cup butter2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate1/8 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 1/4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
In double boiler, over boiling water, cook the milk, butter, chocolate and salt until thick.Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and confectioner's sugar until of spreading consistency. Spread on Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies III.
