Chocolate Frosting II recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Instructions:

  • Melt butter over a low heat.
  • Stir cocoa, coffee and vanilla into the butter.
  • Mix in powdered sugar and milk.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Frost cookies and enjoy.
