Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chopped fresh mint leaves1/3 cup minced onion1/3 cup white sugar1/4 cup distilled white vinegar1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix the mint, onion, sugar, vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt.Cover the mixture and refrigerate 2 hours, or until chilled.
