Cilantro Egg Salad recipe |

Ingredients:
5 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped3/4 cup mayonnaise3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon lime juice1 stalk celery rib, finely diced4 fresh mushrooms, finely dicedsalt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, stir together the eggs, mayonnaise, cilantro, mustard, lemon juice, lime juice, celery, and mushrooms.Season with salt and pepper to taste.Serve on bread or toast.
