Ingredients:
5 cups cooked turkey meat, chopped1 cup finely chopped celery1 fresh jalapeno pepper, diced3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish1 cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon dried cilantro2 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons pepper
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the turkey meat, celery, jalapeno, relish, and mayonnaise.Season with cilantro, salt, and pepper.Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
