Ingredients:
2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ancho Chile Pepper1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ground Saigon Cinnamon1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Oregano Leaves1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Chipotle Chile Pepper1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Parsley Leaves1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ground Cumin3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Coarse Grind Black Pepper1 1/4 teaspoons salt4 New York strip steaks, cut 1-inch thick
Instructions:
Combine spices and salt in a small bowl.Spread over a large plate.Roll steaks in spices to coat evenly.Grill steaks over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
