Cinnamon Chip Applesauce Coffeecake recipe |

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened1 cup white sugar2 eggs1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract3/4 cup applesauce2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 2/3 cups HERSHEY®'S Cinnamon Chips1 cup chopped pecans 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.Lightly grease 13x9x2 inch baking pan.Beat butter and sugar in large bowl on medium speed of mixer until well blended.Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in applesauce.Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in cinnamon chips and pecans, if desired.Spread into prepared pan.Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean.Cool completely in pan on wire rack.Sprinkle with powdered sugar.Easy Glaze: Stir together 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons warm water.
