Ingredients:
2 medium bell peppers (red, yellow or green), coarsely chopped1 medium onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 teaspoons vegetable oil1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained1 (15 ounce) can chili beans in sauce1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes1 (12 ounce) package frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained1 tablespoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions:
COOK peppers, onion and garlic in oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat 2 minutes, stirring frequently.Stir in ground burger; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.ADD remaining ingredients.Bring to boil.Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.SERVE with your favorite chili toppings, if desired.
