Coconut Frosting and Filling recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

    Instructions:

  • Combine sour cream and sugar; mix well.
  • Stir in coconut.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread top and sides of two 9-inch cake layers.
