Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey3 tablespoons vegetable oil3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground black pepper4 cups shredded green cabbage2 2/3 cups shredded red cabbage1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion2 carrots, peeled and shredded1 cup minced red bell pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add green and red cabbage, green onion, carrots and red pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
