Coriander & Cumin Crusted Grilled Swordfish with Avocado Relish recipe |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons McCormick® Coriander Seed, coarsely crushed1 tablespoon McCormick® Cumin Seed, coarsely crushed1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Cracked Black Pepper4 (4 ounce) swordfish steaks, about 1-inch thickRelish:1 small avocado, finely chopped1/2 tomato, finely chopped1/4 cup finely chopped red onion2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon lime juice1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine seasonings. Rub over swordfish. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium. Cook swordfish 5-7 minutes per side, until fish is opaque in center and flakes easily with a fork.In a medium bowl, combine relish ingredients. Serve swordfish steaks atop relish.
