Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages dry corn bread mix1 red onion, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 tomato, chopped4 cups mayonnaise
Instructions:
Prepare cornbread according to the box instructions.Cool, crumble and place in a large bowl.Mix in red onion, bell pepper, tomato, and mayonnaise.Cover, and refrigerate for at least 18 hours.
