Ingredients:
1/2 cup water1 cup cottage cheese2 tablespoons margarine1 egg1 tablespoon white sugar1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt3 cups bread flour2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions:
Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer, and start. You can use up to 1/2 cup more bread flour if the dough seems too sticky.
