Cran-Apple Couscous recipe |

Ingredients:
1 (11.5 fl oz) can Apple KERNS® from LIBBY'S® All Nectar3/4 cup uncooked plain couscous1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries1 tablespoon butter or margarine1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions:
PLACE nectar in small saucepan.Bring to a boil.Stir in couscous, cranberries, butter, cinnamon and allspice.Remove from heat; cover.Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed; fluff with fork before serving.
