Cranberry Kitchen Cookies recipe |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter1 cup white sugar3/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup milk2 tablespoons orange juice1 egg3 cups sifted all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1 cup chopped walnuts2 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, roughly chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).Grease cookie sheets.In a large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar and brown sugar.Beat in the milk, orange juice and egg.Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into the creamed mixture.Stir in chopped walnuts and cranberries.Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are golden.Let cookies cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely
