Cranberry Oatmeal cookies recipe |

Ingredients:
10 tablespoons butter2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 eggs1/2 tablespoon baking soda1 pinch salt1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour1 cup rolled oats2 cups chopped cranberries3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Blend butter and sugar til fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.In a separate bowl sift flour, baking soda, and salt together. Stir into butter mixture until well mixed.Stir in the oats.Fold in nuts and cranberries.Place dollops on cookie sheet, and keep them spread apart (this cookie spreads). Bake until they fall back down (8 to 10 minutes). Cool and enjoy.
