Cranberry Salad IV recipe |

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cranberries2 oranges, peeled and seeded1 carrot, peeled and sliced1 cup pecans3/4 cup white sugar1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry flavored gelatin mix1 cup boiling water1 cup cold water
Instructions:
In an electric food processor or meat grinder, grind cranberries, oranges, carrot, and pecans.Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl.In a separate bowl, combine sugar, pineapple, gelatin and both cups of water.Mix the ingredients from the two bowls together.Pour the entire mixture into a mold and chill overnight before serving.
