Cranberry Salad VI recipe |

Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened2 tablespoons mayonnaise2 tablespoons white sugar1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce1/2 cup chopped pecans1 cup heavy whipping cream1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sugar, cranberry sauce and pecans.In a mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form; add the vanilla and confectioners sugar.Mix well and fold into cranberry mixture.Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
