Creamed Cooked Cabbage recipe |

Ingredients:
5 cups shredded cabbage2 tablespoons white sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg2 cups heavy cream1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).Place cabbage in a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and nutmeg. Pour cream over cabbage and top with bread crumbs.Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
